Immersive delivery

Practical simulation, laddered by fidelity and mapped to criteria.

Deploy the cheapest tier that moves the criterion; escalate only on evidence. Every tier emits the same telemetry into the same portfolio of evidence, so the record spine never knows which renderer ran.

The fidelity ladder
Tier What it is Hardware Where it earns its keep
L0 2D and 360° interactive scenarios Any phone or desktop Universal reach — hazard perception, decision scenarios, procedure walkthroughs
L1 Headset procedural simulation in the browser Headset, controllers or hand tracking; optionally tracked mock tools Pre-operational inspections, isolation sequences, setup procedures
L2 Simulation with control rigs Wheel, pedals and shifter on a rigid cockpit frame Vehicle control fidelity, manoeuvring, defensive-driving scenario banks
L3 Native runtime with motion and haptics Motion platform, haptic vest or gloves, environmental effects Vestibular cues; scenarios unsafe to rehearse for real. Flagship labs only.
L4 Third-party professional simulator integrated as a telemetry emitter Specialist devices you may already own Psychomotor domains with a decade of physics behind them — welding, professional driving. We integrate these; we do not pretend to rebuild them.

The regulatory boundary, stated deliberately

Simulation generates formative and practical-readiness evidence with assessor sign-off. It does not substitute for statutory workplace-experience hours. It does not replace mentor-signed logbooks, K53 testing or Professional Driving Permits, trade tests at accredited centres, or the External Integrated Summative Assessment. Those are physical, state-administered or centre-administered processes and they stay that way.

We repeat this on purpose. A vendor claiming otherwise should be disqualified from your process.

What simulation does do is compress time-to-competence, de-risk dangerous practice, cut consumable and vehicle cost, and produce objective readiness telemetry that no paper process can. That is the case, and it is sufficient.

The vertical library

Mixed reality in the real workplace

Colour passthrough with plane and mesh detection turns the actual site into the training surface: travel-path and exclusion-zone overlays on the real warehouse floor, setup prompts anchored to the real machine, inspection checklists pinned to real assets with photo evidence captured straight into the portfolio. Lower content cost, higher transfer, and it degrades gracefully to phone AR. The work is real, the guidance and capture are digital, and the mentor still signs.

Safety, ethics and the equivalence rule

Comfort engineering with session caps and enforced breaks; motion-sickness screening with a 2D fallback as a right, not a concession; every scenario mapped to a criterion must ship a non-headset equivalence path, so simulation can never become a barrier to a criterion. Every physics-bearing scenario passes subject-matter-expert validation before criterion mapping, because a simulation that teaches the wrong muscle memory is worse than none.
